SINGLE SERVING 3 MINUTE KETO SANDWICH BREAD


There are few sandwiches out there that are as satisfying as the BLT, am I right?!


When living a KETOGENIC lifestyle, sandwiches can sometimes go out the window... BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE FORGOTTEN!


Sure, you may have seen plenty of recipes out there for a loaf of keto bread, but they are often labor intensive and require preparation in advance.


NO LONGER!


My recipe below can be made in 3 minutes, WHENEVER you desire a sandwich!


I like to use a small round pyrex to microwave my mixture in to achieve that perfect piece of sandwich bread seen here:

This ends up being spongy and delicious, VERY similarly to regular sandwich bread. Feel free to toast it for your BLT if you want it to stay firm.


Here is the recipe for my microwave single portion sandwich bread:

-1/4 cup ground golden flax meal

-1/2 tbsp of oil or butter or animal fat

-1 tbsp of Psyllium Husk Powder

-1 egg

-1/2 tsp baking powder

-salt and seasoning to taste


BAKE IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 2 minutes.



AND THAT'S IT!


I recommend letting the bread sit on a paper towel to absorb any excess moisture. It's tasty, delicious, and most importantly: EASY!!!
